Our food-grade filter/grate magnets are made of several high 12,000 gauss, 12-pound pull force neodymium tube magnets within a polished stainless steel frame. The magnets and stainless steel frames are welded into strong, integral units built to last years.

Not only do these strong magnets quickly capture and remove virtually all ferrous metal particles as they flow at optimum speed through the grate - they are designed to accommodate an optimal production flow of food products, depending upon the actual size of the pieces.

In addition, these filter/grate magnets are available in both circular and square configurations in a variety of sizes to help you maximize the capacity of your pipeline shape.

As a result, you’ll find that they are easy to install and can also be simply laid inside hoppers, pits, chutes, bins, and other housings to give you superior performance as well as easy access for maintenance and cleaning.

It’s also important to remember that these filters/grates are built for low-abrasion applications and should measure at least twice the size of your outlet opening so as not to restrict efficient product flow.
