By utilizing any magnets that are sold by totalElement/Element Magnets, you agree and acknowledge that use of such magnets naturally involves risk of injury, whether you or someone else causes it. Specific risks vary and may range from minor to major injuries. Magnets can snap together and cause crush injuries, including hematomas and hemorrhagic blisters. However, more extreme injuries can occur, especially, but not limited to, if a magnet is ingested, someone with a medical device is close to a magnet, or a magnet shatters and sends sharp small metal pieces into the air. By using one of our magnets, you understand and voluntary accept this risk and agree that totalElement/Element Magnets, its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and independent contractors will not be liable for any injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to you resulting from your use of the magnets. You should always use caution when handling and using your magnets including wearing gloves and eye protection. Magnets should be kept away from children and pets. Return Policy

Finding the perfect magnet for your project often involves trial and error, so if your purchase isn't the right fit, you may return items in new and saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. We offer two convenient ways to handle your return: U.S. customers can enjoy free return shipping by opting for store credit, or you may choose a refund to your original payment method (minus the cost of the return shipping label). Please note that original shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable.
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can provide a replacement. Once your return is received, please allow up to two weeks for our team to process your refund or credit.
Custom orders are generally final sale unless the finished product does not meet your original specifications.

Cancellation Policy

We ship most orders within 24 hours of payment, so canceling an order may be difficult. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped it will be subject to our return policy stated above.
