EU RoHS Compliance Statement
At totalElement, we certify that our NdFeB (neodymium) magnets are compliant with the European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 (collectively, “EU RoHS”).
All NdFeB magnets supplied by totalElement are manufactured to contain restricted substances below the maximum concentration values set forth in EU RoHS for the ten designated restricted substances. This declaration is based on our due diligence, including supplier-provided material declarations and/or material certifications, and where applicable, internal review and third-party laboratory test results for relevant component materials.

EU REACH Compliance Statement
totalElement certifies that our NdFeB magnets are supplied in compliance with the requirements of EU REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, including obligations related to the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), as well as applicable restrictions under Annex XVII and authorization requirements under Annex XIV.
Where REACH communication duties apply to supplied articles, totalElement supports compliance through supplier material declarations and, when necessary, additional verification such as supporting analytical data. Upon request, we can provide supporting documentation (for example, REACH declarations and SVHC status statements) specific to the item(s) supplied.
China RoHS Compliance Statement
totalElement certifies that our NdFeB magnets are supplied in compliance with the China RoHS requirements applicable to electrical and electronic products, including restrictions related to the ten hazardous substances commonly referenced under China RoHS.
This declaration is based on supplier-provided material declarations and/or material certifications and, where applicable, supporting analytical test results for relevant materials. If labeling, disclosure, or substance table requirements apply for a specific product category or application in China, totalElement can support customer compliance requests with available documentation upon request.
