Very strong, good material integrity. Very good choice for magsafe accessories. I used mine ti make a magsafe wallet.
I use the magnets mostly on mini albums. They have great attraction for each other through several layers of cardstock. They are thin enough not to detract from the look of the album, but strong enough to work well in this venue.
I use these strong magnets for attaching toaster tongs to the side of a toaster or toaster oven. Gifts I have given out to family, friends and neighbors. They work extremely well. Highly magnetic.
Those are even better to find inwall screws! I started with spheres, but how do you mark precisely the position? Here comes the countersunk ring magnet!
When ever I’m in doubt of how strong I should go with a project I just reach for this N52 1/2” diameter x 1/8 thickness magnet and it never lets me down. They have all be very consistent and I don’t have to worry about variances.
Wasn’t N52 strong but it didn’t need to be for a thin layer in between 3d printed PLA layers for kids toys and fridge magnets.
Used it to glue N52 magnets to Plastic and wood and it worked just like it said it would.
1" inch ring n52 magnets were used on high-end headphone drivers, stacking an additional magnet to the existing driver magnet for an increase of flux to the coil results in a more controlled and accurate movement of the cone/diaphram. Less distortion and more accurate sound reproduction.
These have been my favorite magnets to use. They have a strong hold even between several layers of cardstock. Nice to have magnets that actually work well
First off, the ordering, packaging and shipping processes are excellent. All of my items arrived promptly and in excellent condition. As for the purpose, I am using them to hold plywood covers to the back of a model railroad layout. They can be removed for access to the tunnels, so I needed something that would not easily slide off. These magnets are surprisingly powerful for their size and are very brittle, so removing them from the metal washers requires 'sliding' and not 'pulling'. As of this writing, I have four panels in place and secure, and removing them is quite easy if one understands the nature of neodymium magnets. Attaching the magnets and washers was via wood screws driven gently by hand. As I said, the magnets are very brittle, meaning power tools should be avoided.
Overall, an excellent product at a good price with A+ service.
These magnets have worked fantastically as fasteners for manifold covers on our residential projects.
I run an Etsy Shop and use these magnets in all my 3D Prints. I've tried several companies but Total Element has by far the best product while also having the best prices. I've already ordered more than 1,000 of these over the past few years and are my go-to magnets since they are N52 AND coated for outdoor use.
I used the magnets for a variety of projects.
For one I embed them inside 3D prints to hang signs, to secure custom trailer hitch plugs and hang tools.
The picture shows a 3D printed Toyota hitch plug I placed in my Ram to see how it looks.
The magnets are embedded in the bottom of the 2 inch plastic square tube that inserts into the hitch receiver.
Two magnets hold it perfectly and securely in place.
These magnets are super strong.
Very happy with the purchase.
