How can I see the status of my order?
You will receive status updates sent to the email address you enter at checkout. We'll send you an email to confirm that your order has been received, followed by an email confirming the shipment details. We'll also let you know when it is out for delivery.
If you haven't been able to locate the order status emails please check your spam folder and email settings. You may also contact us to confirm that we have your correct information.
Order status is also available from the Order History page in your account as well as using our Order Status tool.
