Came with a caution that these little individual magnets were made with powder and should be separated by twisting one off the group of them and not pulling it off the group of them as the force was amazingly strong.
I did not follow those instructions thinking that they were unnecessarily cautious. Sure enough, when I pulled one of the little magnets off the group the magnetism was so strong it was drawn right out of my fingers and back onto the pile... where it broke in half!!!

These N42 magnets arrived quickly. They were separated by a small plastic disc making them much easy to pull apart. They are coated against rust. Great product! Thank you!

I used these magnets in a folding thread spool storage rack. The spools sit on small tilt-out blocks (36 in all), and the magnets secure the blocks in a their upright positions when they’re not being accessed.
I wasn’t sure how strong the magnets needed to be, so I ordered these tiny magnets so I could experiment and add them incrementally. I ended up using six per block (three in each block, with three matching ones in a support), so I was glad I had ordered the 250-count package.

As others have pointed out, they are tiny. They fit perfectly in shallow holes drilled with a 1/8” bit and are held in place with cyanoacrylate (super) glue.
As usual, totalElement sold them at a fair price and shipped them right away, which is why they’re my first choice when I need magnets.
Used these for my Element RC Knightrunner and Trailrunner to attach the body with magnets instead of clips. Clips are the worst. They work great. The only complaints I have are that one of the magnets shattered and it was impossible to tell the negative from positive so I had to reglue some of them. It would be nice if there was some indicator of polarity.

Although they’re on the pricer side, these neodymium magnets are better than anything else I’ve found to use on Magsafe accessories. They hold on just as well as Anker products and as well as the official Apple Magsafe charger.
