Return Policy
We understand that finding the perfect magnet for your application often requires some trial and error. If the magnets you've purchased don't work for any reason, you may return them within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Gift cards are not eligible for return. In addition, shipping costs are generally non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that neodymium magnets are prone to breaking due to mishandling. We will not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling, or that show signs of wear. In addition, custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.
In the unlikely chance you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us and we will replace the broken item(s).

Shipping Cutoff
All orders placed before 1pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped the same day.

We offer free magnet shipping anywhere in the world if you order meets certain minimums based on the shipping address. Minimums shown below are in United States Dollars (USD).

Cancellation Policy
We ship most orders within 24 hours of payment, so canceling an order may be difficult. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped it will be subject to our return policy stated above.
Payment Terms
Payment must be received prior to shipment unless customer is approved for credit terms. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Contact us for details on alternative payment methods not available at checkout.

So, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your transaction or purchase with us, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost.
We also warrant our products to be free of manufacturers defects and we will replace any product you receive that is proven to be defective. All other warranties, express or implied are disclaimed.
Liability Policy
As with all retail purchases, the buyer’s acceptance of any order is conditioned upon their acceptance of the seller’s policies and terms. This means, we shall not be deemed liable, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, for consequential, special or incidental damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount of the purchase price; and the buyer's right to replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy.
