We understand that finding the perfect magnet for your application often requires some trial and error. If the magnet(s) you've purchased don't work for any reason, you may return them in new and saleable condition within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund of the merchandise cost. Magnets that are broken, or show signs of use/wear may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you choose to use a prepaid return label, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund. Free return shipping for orders shipped within the United States is available if you opt to receive store credit rather than a refund during the return process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks to process your return.
Gift cards are not eligible for return. Custom orders are also not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications. Original outbound shipping costs are generally non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us and we will replace the broken item(s).
