30 Day Return Policy
We know finding the right magnet often involves trial and error. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Once we receive your items, please allow up to two weeks for our team to process your return and issue your credit or refund.

- Items must be in new, saleable condition.
- Original shipping costs and gift cards cannot be refunded.
- Custom orders are final sale unless the product fails to meet your original specifications.

- For Store Credit: Returns are FREE (including shipping) for all U.S. orders.
- For a Refund: We will refund the merchandise cost to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your total if you use our prepaid label.

If your magnets arrive broken or defective, we’ve got you covered. Contact us and we will send out a replacement immediately.
