Finding the perfect magnet for your project often involves trial and error, so if your purchase isn't the right fit, you may return items in new and saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. We offer two convenient ways to handle your return: U.S. customers can enjoy free return shipping by opting for store credit, or you may choose a refund to your original payment method (minus the cost of the return shipping label). Please note that original shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable. Once your return is received, please allow up to two weeks for our team to process your refund or credit.
Custom orders are generally final sale unless the finished product does not meet your original specifications.
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can provide a replacement.
