What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Business customers can also place orders using a purchase order with NET 30 terms (upon credit approval), and pay via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
What is the latest I can order for next day delivery?
All orders received before 3:00 PM MST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, can be shipped overnight for delivery the next business day for a fee. Packages can be delivered on Saturday for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
Finding the perfect magnet for your project often involves trial and error, so if your purchase isn't the right fit, you may return items in new and saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. We offer two convenient ways to handle your return: U.S. customers can enjoy free return shipping by opting for store credit, or you may choose a refund to your original payment method (minus the cost of the return shipping label). Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes. Overnight shipping is not available if sending to a P.O. Box.
When will I get my order?
This depends on the shipping service selected. Standard shipping within the United States normally takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped.Priority shipping typically arrives in 2 to 3 days, while overnight arrives the next business day. International shipping times vary by country and can average anywhere from 7 to 21 days for delivery. If you need your package by a specific date, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping speed.
