Shipping, Delivery, & Return Questions
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Business customers can also place orders using a purchase order with NET 30 terms (upon credit approval), and pay via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
All orders received before 3:00 PM MST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, can be shipped overnight for delivery the next business day for a fee. Packages can be delivered on Saturday for an additional fee.
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please note that neodymium magnets are prone to breaking due to mishandling. We cannot accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling or that show signs of wear. In addition, custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.
Yes, we can ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO/DPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses are used for U.S. military/government personnel stationed overseas.Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these types of addresses.

Standard shipping within the United States normally takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped.Priority shipping typically arrives in 2 to 3 days, while overnight arrives the next business day. International shipping times vary by country and can average anywhere from 7 to 21 days for delivery. If you need your package by a specific date, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping speed.
