Shipping, Delivery, & Return Questions
We occasionally email out sales and announcements in our newsletter. Sign up and we'll email you updates, coupon codes, new product information, etc. Simply type in the code in the discount code box during checkout, or use the form at the bottom of any page on our website to sign up for our newsletter.
Yes. You will be sent a detailed confirmation of your order, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you need your order confirmation or receipt in PDF format, please contact us and we'll be happy to send you one. You may also view your order details from the Order History screen in your account.
We ship all orders the same day they are received Monday through Friday. All orders received after 12:00 PM MST will be shipped the following business day. All orders received after 12:00 MST Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for arrival. International orders may take up to 21 days to arrive based on the shipping speed selected during checkout. If you need your package by a specific date, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping speed.
Please call us immediately toll-free at (855) 328-2822 if you want to change or cancel your order. Since all orders are processed as quickly as possible, your order may have already been shipped and you won’t be able to change or cancel it. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
You will receive status updates sent to the email address you enter at checkout. We'll send you an email to confirm that your order has been received, followed by an email confirming the shipment details. We'll also let you know when it is out for delivery. If you haven't been able to locate the order status emails please check your spam folder and email settings. You may also contact us to confirm that we have your correct information. Order status is also available from the Order History page in your account as well as using our Order Status tool.
All orders over $10 will be shipped free within the United States. Orders under $10 are subject to a flat $3.99 shipping fee. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. We also ship to Canada free of charge for orders over $250. Upgraded and international shipping options are also available at checkout. The cost may vary and is calculated based on the destination address.
No. We do not charge restocking or handling fees when items are returned within 30 days of receipt and are in sellable condition. Custom orders are typically not eligible for a refund unless the items do not meet the original specifications. If you'd like to start a return, click here.
No. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST are typically shipped the same business day.
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping via FedEx. Shipping prices will be calculated automatically during checkout. Please note that you may be responsible for additional duties and taxes which will be collected by the shipping carrier prior to delivery.
Yes, we do offer faster shipping speeds. During checkout, you will be given the option to select from various shipping upgrades (including overnight) and have the charges added to your order. We are also able to bill your FedEx or UPS account for the shipping charges if you would prefer, contact us for details.
