What is your return policy?

We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost.

Please note that neodymium magnets are prone to breaking due to mishandling. We cannot accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling or that show signs of wear. In addition, custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.
