My tracking says that my order was delivered but I didn't receive it.
Frequently packages will be noted as delivered a day or two prior to the actual delivery. If your package tracking indicates that the shipment has been delivered but you have not received it, wait to see if the delivery occurs the next day. If it still has not arrived, please contact us for assistance.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Yes. We have a description of our volume discount tiers under each of our product listings. Just click on the magnet you are interested in and scroll down to see the pricing table. We also offer additional discounts if you need to order even more sets than are listed. Contact us for details.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to buy magnets. You can simply shop and checkout as a guest.
Can my order arrive on a Saturday or a Sunday?
Yes, it is possible that your order may arrive on a Saturday or Sunday depending on the carrier used. Standard overnight orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM MST will be delivered the following Monday, excluding holidays, for a fee. Expedited overnight orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM MST can be delivered on Saturday for an additional fee.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Business customers can also place orders using a purchase order with NET 30 terms (upon credit approval), and pay via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
