Can I exchange my order?

The easiest way to exchange a purchase is to simply return the items you no longer want and place a new order for the items you do want. We'll issue a refund back to your original method of payment once we receive your return. You may also return the item and choose to receive store credit. If you select store credit then return shipping is free. Upon receipt of your package we will email you a gift code to use for your next order.

How do I get a discount code?

We occasionally email out sales and announcements in our newsletter. Will I receive an order confirmation or receipt?

Yes. You will be sent a detailed confirmation of your order, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you need your order confirmation or receipt in PDF format, please contact us and we'll be happy to send you one.  You may also view your order details from the Order History screen in your account.

When will you ship my order?

We ship all orders the same day they are received Monday through Friday. All orders received after 1:00 PM MST will be shipped the following business day. All orders received after 1:00 PM MST Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for arrival. International orders may take up to 21 days to arrive based on the shipping speed selected during checkout. How do I change or cancel my order?

Please call us immediately toll-free at (855) 328-2822 if you want to change or cancel your order. Since all orders are processed as quickly as possible, your order may have already been shipped and you won’t be able to change or cancel it. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
