Magnet Description

These 12,000 gauss neodymium filter rods are designed for use in magnetic grate assemblies and custom filtration setups to remove ferrous metal contamination from food, pharmaceutical, and bulk material processing lines. They are commonly installed in gravity hoppers, chutes, housings, and other inline processing equipment.

Each rod is constructed from food-grade 316 stainless steel with a Ra16 sanitary surface finish and seamless, fully welded construction. This smooth finish improves cleanability and helps reduce product buildup, making the rods well-suited for washdown and hygienic environments commonly found in food processing facilities.

Internally, the rods are built with high-performance N50 sintered neodymium magnets, delivering up to 12,000 gauss per rod. Threaded 1/4″-20 UNC mounting holes on both ends allow for easy installation and secure positioning within grate assemblies or custom frames.

For optimal separation performance, we recommend a center-to-center spacing of no more than 2 inches between adjacent rods.
