I cannot review this product as I have not yet received it, but the products that I have purchased in the past have met all my expectations.

This comment however is about TotalElement's customer service.

I recently placed an order, that was received very quickly. Unfortunately, after receiving that delivery I discovered that the wrong product had been sent to me. Moreover, after inspecting the invoice I discovered that not only had they not shipped the product that was ordered, I had in fact ordered the wrong product entirely. After discovering that they and I both had made mistakes, I called their customer service to see what could be done.
After placing the call I was connected to a human being very shortly, unfortunately I can't remember this representative's name, but he was wonderful to interact with. After a very brief conversation he had my transaction in front of him, and we were able to sort out what mistakes were made and what the correct product to be shipped was. It was a very pleasant conversation, there was even cause for laughter.
In the end, the correct product is now in the mail, the experience was wonderful, and I now have a go-to source for all my magnetic needs.
