Torque Information
It is very easy to overtighten and break/crack countersunk neodymium magnets when screwing them in place. We recommend hand tightening when possible. If using a drill, start with a low torque setting and work your way up.

Good products, great service

I’m a Woodturner making wooden boxes - like salt vaults - that have sliding lids. Magnets are inset below the lid surface and plugged with a thin laver of wood. The magnets need enough strength to hold the lid closed, but easily opened with one hand. After all - these are used when cooking - so they must be accessible using only one hand. I don’t know about anyone else, but when I need a pinch of salt I’m typically holding something in my other hand (lid or spoon). Magnets are perfect and the ‘pull’ can be adjusted by varying the thickness of the plug covering the magnets. These magnets have been remarkably consistent regardless of the sizes I’ve used so far.
They also arrive on time at a price that seems very reasonable.

Hold on.

Had an enjoying vent fan front that kept popping off. Did not want to permanently attach it to the wall. some Glue, washers and Magnets solved this problem very well and there are no holes in the wall.
