Custom manufacturing
Need a geometry, grade, coating or magnetization you can’t find in stock? Send a drawing or target dimensions. We’ll review it for manufacturability and quote your production options.
Discs, Cylinders, Blocks, Rings, Arcs, Spheres and Countersunk parts, from parts as small as 0.01 Inch up to large assemblies. Stock sizes are held to ±0.004 Inch; custom parts can be precision ground to ±0.001 Inch when your application needs it.

Nickel plating for general use, epoxy for added corrosion resistance, and plastic or rubber encasement for wet or scratch-sensitive surfaces. We can also back parts with 3M VHB adhesive.

Yes, we can plan around your forecast. Share your part and expected monthly or annual usage, and we’ll propose release quantities and dates. Holding stock for scheduled releases and pricing periods are set case by case and depend on approval.
Yes, for neodymium magnets. We make custom sizes and shapes (including Arcs), grades N35–N52 and high-temperature grades, coatings, axial, diametric, radial and multipole magnetization, and assemblies such as pot, threaded and encased magnets. Custom orders typically take 6–8 weeks after approval, and minimums depend on the part.
We can help you choose, and we review your design. We’ll suggest stock sizes, grades and coatings that fit your application, and review drawings for manufacturability. We don’t provide magnetic circuit design or field simulation. Once you have a design, we can produce the magnets or the assembly.
Yes, on request. We can supply RoHS and REACH declarations for the items you buy. For custom parts we can also provide Certificates of Conformance, material test data, CMRT, PPAP and first article inspection. Yes. For stocked sizes, order a pack or two online; returns are accepted within 30 days. For custom parts, samples are typically 10–25 pieces. They’re charged, and the charge is credited against your production order.
