The inside or anchor bar can be easily placed inside your jacket or lapel, with the front or outside bar attached on the outside of your jacket or lapel. The outside bar also features an adhesive front section to easily attach your name badge or name tag on to.
These fasteners are preferred over other forms of badge attachments because they do not damage clothing, as they do not require you to insert a pin through your jacket to wear a name tag.
