Sold in Matched North/South Pairs

Each set of countersunk magnets includes 16pcs with the countersunk hole on the north pole, and 16pcs with the countersunk hole on the south pole. This matched polarity design makes it easy to pair the magnets face-to-face for magnetic latches, closures, fasteners, cabinet doors, displays, fixtures, and other applications where two magnets need to attract each other.

Both north-pole and south-pole countersunk magnets will also attract to ferromagnetic materials such as steel, iron, and other magnetic metals, so they can be mounted to metal surfaces or used together as matching magnet pairs.

If you need the magnets in a different configuration, please contact us.

Torque Information for Countersunk Neodymium Magnets

Countersunk neodymium magnets are strong but brittle, and they can crack or break if screws are overtightened. Unlike steel washers or mounting plates, neodymium magnets do not flex under pressure, so too much screw torque can damage the magnet around the countersunk hole.

For best results, we recommend hand tightening whenever possible. If you use a drill or electric screwdriver, start on the lowest torque setting and slowly increase only as needed. Do not continue tightening once the magnet is securely seated.
