Each set of adhesive block magnets includes 10pcs with the adhesive on the north pole, and 10pcs with adhesive on the south pole. This allows you to pair them together to create magnetic latches, fasteners, and other closures. Both the north and south poles will be attracted and attach to ferromagnetic materials.

Adhesive Usage Instructions and Best Practices
3M VHB adhesive works best on smooth, clean, and non-porous surfaces such as metal, glass, plastics (like acrylic and polycarbonate), painted or powder-coated surfaces, and sealed wood. For optimal adhesion, surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.
Due to the incredible strength of neodymium, we strongly recommend allowing 24 to 36 hours for the adhesive to cure.
However, for porous materials like raw wood, concrete, fabric, or unsealed surfaces, traditional glue or liquid adhesives provide a stronger bond, as VHB tape relies on full surface contact to achieve its high-strength hold.
