Yes. We manufacture neodymium magnets to your specifications: size, shape, grade, coating and magnetization direction. Custom orders have a $3,000 USD minimum and a typical lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. If one of our 500+ stock sizes works, it ships the same day when you order by 1 PM Mountain Time on a weekday.

What to Include in a Quote Request
- Shape and dimensions, with tolerances on the critical ones
- Grade, or the pull force or field strength you need
- Magnetization direction: through the thickness (axial), across the diameter (diametric) or another direction
- Coating: nickel, epoxy, plastic or another option (see coating options)
- Operating temperature and environment (moisture, chemicals, outdoor use)
- Quantity, including expected annual volume
- Documentation you need, such as RoHS and REACH declarations
- Packaging and your target delivery date
